- Apartments are fully furnished. Short term rent prices include bed linen, towels, dishes, cable TV, electricity, water, heating, gas.
- Rent prices depends on number of persons, duration of stay and season.
- Stay less than 3 nights is subject to a higher rate.
- A discount starting from 1 week stay.
- All prices published on www.aparta.lv are subject to change without any prior notice.
- Standard season - 10 January – 31 May & 02 September – 23 December.
- High season - 01 June – 01 September, 24 December – 09 January, Easter.
- If client has chosen apartment and wish to book it then it is necessary to pay reservation deposit which is the part of the rent. Amount of deposit depends on number of persons and varies from €50 up to €200. Some accommodations require special reservation conditions.
Reservation deposit is possible to pay by bank transfer.
- Remaining balance client pays at arrival.
- Refundable guarantee key and security deposit (in amount from €50 and higher) depending on number of persons and apartment quality client pays at arrival together with rent balance. The deposit is returned to the client at the end of his stay.
- Deposit is taken as the guarantee to ensure that no damage is done in the rented apartment.
- If the client arrives one or more days later than the expected arrival date he is still obliged to cover the complete amount of the reservation.
- Fee for lost or stolen keys starts from amount of €50, depending on type of locks.
Long term rentals
- Term "Long term rent" denotes the 1 year rent or more.
- All mentioned prices are based on 1 year rent. Prices for shorter period are the subject of discussion and could significantly exceed prices, mentioned on the web-page.
Long term contract fees
- After dealing long term rent contract client pays refundable insurance deposit in amount of 1 month rent, which be returned back after the end of contract if no damage to apartment was made by the client.
- After dealing long term rent contract, client pays APARTA Ltd one-time fee in amount of 1/4 up to 1 month rent for finding suitable apartment. Size of this fee depends on contract term.
- If the choice apartment is not available for the mentioned period we offer other similar apartments. There are more apartments on the market than presented on our website.
- Availability of reserved apartment is subject to change with a notice in advance in case of problems with normal apartment rental services (unexpected accidents and damages, interruptions in public utilities beyond the APARTA Ltd control).
Check-in and check-out
- Standard check - in starting from 15:00 till 18:00. Early check - in possible if apartment is available and clean.
- Standard check - out till 12:00. Late check - out possible if no next customer arriving on the same day.
- Arrivals before 09:00 and departures after 18:00 are subjects to discussion.
- Arrivals/departures before 09:00 and departures/arrivals after 21:00 are charged with amount €15.
- The key for apartment is provided at arrival after the balance and guarantee deposit is paid.
- One way airport transfer available for €20 up to 4 persons, €25 for 5 persons & more (minibus or minivan) in one car.
- Driver with a poster with client’s name meet client at the airport and get to the apartment.
- Return transfer available at the same prices.
- Transfer should be ordered at least 2 days before arrival.
- APARTA Ltd undertakes to rent reserved apartments clean, prepared and ready for normal living.
- Client ought to cover all loses, damages failures and repair costs through clients fault.
- Client is responsible to leave apartment in reasonable condition without excessive trash and clutter.
- In case of serious complains from neighbors on clients unworthy behavior APARTA Ltd reserves the right to terminate the stay immediately without any compensation.
- All cancellations must be in writing by e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org, email@example.com at least 30 days before arrival date.
In this case 50% from reservation deposit will be refunded with the deduction of the transaction fee or transferred to another date.
- If cancellation made less then 30 days before – no refund of any payment shall be made.
- Cancellations are NOT complete until we reply back and confirm the cancellation.
- Emails sometimes become lost during sending.
